Humans
I'm sure we are all familiar with what humans are. The humans you play here are more or less normal. They don't have super powers, or anything like that. Each human has a daemon(see the daemon infomation thread), and they are of course found all over the world. They are probably the most common race found in this world, and are sometimes considered the most foolish. Many different races of human can be played, including but not limited to Gyptians(gypsy-like groups who spend their lives traveling) and Tartars (Northern folk who live in tribes).
Witches
Witches are much like humans. As far as appearance goes, they are near identical. However, Witches usually take on a more natural lifestyle, living together in Clans. Most of these Clans can be found in the North, each Clan being led by a Queen. Witches usually take pride in separating themselves from humans, although human-witch friendship and even romance is not unheard of. A Witch has several distinct abilities: they can fly, with the aid of a branch of special cloud pine. They also are capable of different kinds of magic, and while they are not truly immortal, they have a life span of hundreds and hundreds of years.
A Witch's daemon always settles in bird form. And, unlike humans, Witches can be separated from their daemons for great distances without fear of pain or distress.
Panserbjørne
Panserbjørne, or Armoured Bears, are dangerous and formidable creatures. Enormous white bears native to Svalbard in the North, they are usually solitary but are united by their kingdom. They have opposable thumbs, which enables them to craft weapons, tools, and most notably armour. A warrior bear's armour is like his soul; bears don't have daemons, but they thrive on honor, and warfare.
Bears are united under their King. Royalty is traditionally passed down through bloodlines, although a formal challenge can be made to a King for leadership. In fact, Bears often fight among each other, whether it is over dominance, mates, territory, or simply honor. But as a rule, a Bear will very rarely kill another Bear in these battles.
